As a Notary, Loan Signing Agent & Apostille Agent

I offer 2 options for conducting notary services. One options would be me coming to you regardless if its at your office, home, hospital room, coffee shop, airport terminal—wherever you may be to complete the signing. The next option would be meeting at my office in the downtown district of Salisbury, MD. The process is very easy, all you need is a valid Government Photo ID along with the document(s) that require(s) notarization; and I will handle the rest. I’ll make sure all documents are properly signed, dated, and notarized.

I also hold an additional certification as a Loan Signing Agent, which allowing me to facilitate home loans for borrowers, sellers, or refinancers.
